Join us for this special breakfast session with New Zealand-based ecological artist Laura Donkers, which will explore and compare her recent work in Auckland, New Zealand with her work over many years with local communities in Uist in Scotland’sOuter Hebrides. Taking place on the final day of COP 26, our aim is that this event will offer an international perspective on creative collaborations with local communities to promote ecological responsibility and behavioural change.
Laura Donkers makes environmental works on paper, video, sound and sculpture on a range of ecological and climate change issues. She also designs and leads outdoor arts workshops and projects that aim to re-activate public engagement through performative, arts-led approaches.
Bring your own coffee and croissants and join us for this special link-up which will follow our usual format of a presentation followed by plenty of time for questions and discussion.
