Five Hectares Spring 2022 Place-based Creative Workshop Programme

No items found.

This is a part of our Five Hectares Project, please view the whole project on the project page.

A programme of workshops designed to provide creative ways to engage with your local environment. Allow yourself to see favourite places with a new perspective as you work with artists and facilitators to gain new creative skills and have a chance to discuss the changes you see happening.

We are creating a unique local Atlas about the local environment, the effects of climate change and creative responses to those changes. We may ask to include some work created in the workshops in the bound copy of the Atlas and we would like to include all work in an online exhibition.

Chiffchaffs and nibbled leaves.

Sue Harrison

Two months on and today’s soundscape reassuringly confirmed the continued presence of Chiffchaff although now several other species had joined the choir to affirm that peak mating season was taking place in the wood.
