Learn to see and photograph the wood with Landscape Photographer Lizzie Shepherd.

Sunday 11 May, 10am–12pm

Meet at Memorial Hall in Marton cum Grafton (YO51 9QY), walk to Marton Wood

FREE, Limited numbers, booking required.

To book: Email info@chrysalisarts.com

Lizzie Shepherd is a North Yorkshire based photographer specialising in landscape, nature and travel photography.

Lizzie will start the session with a brief overview of her practice. After walking to the wood, she’ll guide participants in how to see the wood like a photographer, considering angles and the best spots to shoot. Each participant will then spend thirty minutes shooting their own photographs on their own device and then share their work. Afterwards the group will walk back to the Memorial Hall for a tea, coffee and chat.

Any photography device is welcome, including phones.

Please Note: We expect this to be a popular event so early booking is advised. If you are unable to attend after booking, please let us know so we can offer the space to someone else.
